How To Open A Wetransfer Account?

Wetransfer Return Policy?
WeTransfer offers a subscription service. If a user wishes to cancel their subscription, they can do so by going to their 'Plan and Payment' settings. After cancellation, the user's existing files will stay online for a maximum of 28 days. After this period, the files will be deleted.
If a user has a paid WeTransfer subscription, it is not currently possible to downgrade from it to any other subscription. To do this, the user must first cancel their paid WeTransfer subscription and then upgrade back to their desired paid WeTransfer subscription from their free account after their previous paid subscription plan has expired.
If a user has purchased a subscription from the App Store and would like a refund, this request needs to go through the App Store. WeTransfer does not have the access or tools to manage payments made via the App Store.
In the case where a user has paid for a subscription package in advance, they shall receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of their subscription package from the date at which the rejected amended Terms come into effect.
Please note that once transfers are deleted, there's no way for them to be retrieved. If a user would like to keep their account and files active, they should renew their subscription in time.
